September 22— Ice Cream Social
Save the Date: Ice Cream Social 🍨
We're serving up sweet treats for our residents! Stop by on Tuesday, September 22nd, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to build your own custom ice cream sundae. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, so pop in, scoop up your favorite flavors, and enjoy some sweet time with the community!

Please mark your calendars for two brief maintenance projects scheduled for early September:
Thursday, Sept. 3rd – Fire Alarm Testing: Annual testing will take place during normal business hours. Expect intermittent alarm sounds as we complete safety inspections.
Sept. 10th – Sept. 11th – Garage Power Washing: We’re giving our parking garage a deep clean! Please exercise extra caution when driving through the garage during these dates, and watch for additional parking instructions sent via email.
We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining our property!

San Jose Mid-Autumn Moon Festival
Celebrate the changing season at one of San Jose’s most vibrant autumn traditions! The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival brings the community together with colorful cultural performances, traditional lantern displays, live music, and delicious local food vendors showcasing fresh mooncakes and street food delights.
Getting outside and immersing yourself in local neighborhood celebrations is a wonderful way to connect with the community, lower stress, and enjoy the beautiful September weather!

Is your pet ready for their close-up? We are currently looking for new stars to feature in our Pet of the Month and Birthday Celebration highlights! We love celebrating the four-legged (and feathered!) friends that make our community so special.
If you’d like to see your pet featured in an upcoming newsletter, simply let the office know with a cute photo and a fun fact or two (like their favorite treat, a funny quirk, or their "vibe").
