  • What kind of tours are offered at The James?

  • Who manages this community?

    The James is managed by the North Coast Living property management company. Our friendly professionals take care of leasing and maintenance, and do their best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
    Saturday:
    10am-5pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    Gated multi-level garage parking spaces are available for a charge. EV charging is available.

  • What are the amenities?

    The James offers a resort-style pool & hot tub, fitness center, co-working lounge, social lounge, courtyard with BBQ and firepit, EV charging, and more! Learn more about amenities here.

  • What are types of apartment homes are offered here?

    We offer a variety of plans to fit all your rental needs from Studios, 1BR, and 2BR units. Please visit our floorplan page to view all models available, along with pricing and availablity.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We love pets! We welcome up to 2 furry friends in each of our apartment homes. We do have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs for the safety of our residents. Please call for more information. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • How do I apply?

    View pricing and availability on the floorplan page and when you've selected your ideal home, simply click on the Apply Now button to begin your application. In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 3rd, late fees begin on the 4th.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • What enhancements does The James offer residents with disabilities?

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
