Summer camp, reimagined. From canoe races in the pool to BBQ, campfire treats, games, and Happy Camper giveaways, our Campfire Social brought everyone together for a day of nostalgia and summer fun. Thanks to everyone who joined us—we can’t wait for the next adventure!

Window Cleaning: Building windows will be professionally cleaned on July 10th and 11th.
Garage Wi-Fi Added: We have officially installed Wi-Fi in the garages right next to the EV charging stations. You can now easily connect to activate your charger without needing to leave the garage for cellular service!

Celebrate the 4th in San Jose!
Living at The James, you are surrounded by some of the most vibrant Independence Day celebrations in the South Bay. Start your morning by heading over to the historic Shasta/Hanchett and Rose Garden neighborhoods for the annual Rose, White & Blue Fourth of July Parade & Festival. Beginning at 9:45 AM, this lively community tradition features classic cars, dance groups, food trucks, and live entertainment. Later in the evening, you can keep the celebration going at the city's massive 4th of July Celebration at Lake Cunningham. In honor of America's 250th birthday, the park is hosting a spectacular evening festival complete with local food vendors, family entertainment, and a dazzling fireworks display to close out the holiday.

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th , helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At The James, donations will benefit Second Harvest, providing critical resources to families throughout San Jose. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
