Community News
June has arrived at The James, bringing fresh energy, bright days, and some exciting updates to our Downtown San Jose community! We’ve been hard at work elevating our shared spaces, and you will notice several new improvements around the property—including our new rooftop beehive, freshly painted hallways with brand-new carpeting, updated flooring in the trash rooms, and sleek new furniture on the pool deck. To keep our community looking its absolute best, we will also be launching building-wide vent cleaning on June 15th-18th.

Clear your schedules for Saturday, June 27th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM! Join us at the Clubhouse pool, fireplace, and BBQ area for an afternoon of delicious BBQ, games, and outdoor activities. We'll have exciting raffles and prizes up for grabs, and registration is wide open—so bring a friend along! We can't wait to see you there. 🌭🎯
