"The new management (shoutout to Miguel for always being super helpful and friendly) has really made the James feel more like a community. They throw holiday/seasonal parties where you can meet other people who also live in the building with great food, music and vibes! They make sure common areas are always clean and well maintained. Phone/email responses are prompt which is a relief during emergency situations (you can expect a response the same day). I’ve lost my keys once during the weekend and I called the office minutes before it was about to close and Vincent made sure to make a new pair of keys for me before closing. Needless to say, I’ve been really impressed with the new management and the level of care for their residents."

Japanese Friendship Garden
A Living Symbol Of Friendship
Celebrate the New Year with a visit to San Jose’s Japanese Friendship Garden, a serene local treasure and living symbol of friendship. Built in 1965 to honor the bond between San Jose and its sister city, Okayama, Japan, the renowned Korakuen Garden inspired the garden. Stroll through its tranquil paths, admire the graceful bridges, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant golden koi fish, and embrace the spirit of harmony and renewal as we step into 2025.
