Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Christmas In The Park
Christmas in the Park is San José's beloved holiday tradition.
Since 1980, this community event has engaged the community with festive magic, transforming downtown into a winter wonderland. Visitors enjoy dazzling Christmas lights, including the iconic 60-foot Community Giving Tree and unique exhibits by local groups. The tradition offers family entertainment, including rides, music, and photos with Santa, to create lasting holiday memories.

"What can i say, its my beautiful home. A wonderful place in downtown san jose with all amenities, friendly staff. We conduct festivals and events in our community hall. We have a good pool and a great spa. The barbeque place is wonderful. It has great views. Very much accessible to the public transportation, vta trains and busses. The parking is spacious but expensive though. Iam glad i have spent 2 years in this lovely place.."

It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to support local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!
