Spring has officially sprung! Join us at The Clubhouse on Saturday, April 11th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a festive morning of delicious bites and great company.
It’s the perfect time to relax, catch up with neighbors, and celebrate the season. We can’t wait to see you there!

Experience the vibrant energy of Japantown right in our backyard! On Sunday, April 26th, the annual Nikkei Matsuri festival returns to 5th Street. It’s a wonderful celebration of Japanese-American culture featuring incredible food, artisan vendors, and live performances (don't miss the Taiko drumming!). It’s a great way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon supporting local artisans and enjoying the unique character of one of San Jose's most historic neighborhoods.

"I have been living at The James in downtown San Jose for almost two years, and it has been a fantastic experience.
Yes, we are on First Street downtown, so there is some noise. Personally, I love it. The energy of downtown is exactly what I am here for.
Some people mention concerns about St. James Park, but having lived in San Francisco for a decade, this is mild by comparison. I have never felt unsafe.
The management team is incredible. They are so warm, responsive, and efficient. Maintenance is very quick, and the amenities, like the pool and proximity to restaurants, bars and clubs, are top-notch. The walkability is unbeatable; I even lived here without a car for six months.
I highly recommend The James if you love city living and a great team behind your home.
