Indulge your sweet tooth this March 14th as we celebrate everyone’s favorite mathematical constant! Join us in the Clubhouse for a delicious afternoon dedicated to all things pie.

Time: Starting at exactly 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM

A Splash of Color at Holi Fest! 🌈✨
This March, we’re celebrating "Wellness through Connection" by heading to the AIA Holi Fest 2026! Known as the "Festival of Colors," this high-energy event is the perfect way to recharge your spirits and welcome the new season with the community.
Event Details:
When: Saturday, March 7, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Where: Discovery Meadow, Downtown San Jose (Just a short trip from our front door!)
The Vibe: Immerse yourself in the traditional throwing of vibrant Gulal (colored powder) while dancing to live Bollywood music. It’s a joyful, all-ages celebration that’s guaranteed to leave you smiling (and very colorful!).
Trading a workout for a day of dance and cultural celebration is a great way to boost your mental well-being and meet your fellow San Jose residents!

"The apartment themselves are brand new with modern appliances, high quality wood, flooring etc. Floor plans are spacious with lots of storage space and walk in closets, even in studio units. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted during my time here was taken care of within 24-48hours. Plenty of guest parking which is super nice given you’re right at the heart of downtown San Jose! The building is also pet friendly and is good with communicating about fire alarm testing via email well in advance, which was important for me as a cat owner."

Ready to trade your morning coffee for some endorphins? This month’s "Live Well" challenge is taking us to the streets for the 2026 San Jose Shamrock Run!
The Details:
When: Saturday, March 14, 2026
Where: Starts and ends right at San Pedro Square (super convenient for The James residents!)
The Race: Choose between a 5K or 10K run/walk through the heart of Downtown.
The Reward: Celebrate your finish at the O’Flaherty’s Post-Race Party with live Irish dancers and a complimentary Guinness (for those 21+).
Whether you’re running for a personal best or just walking for the vibes, it’s a great way to get outside, meet your neighbors, and support the San Jose-Dublin Sister City scholarship program.
