"The apartment themselves are brand new with modern appliances, high quality wood, flooring etc. Floor plans are spacious with lots of storage space and walk in closets, even in studio units. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted during my time here was taken care of within 24-48hours. Plenty of guest parking which is super nice given you’re right at the heart of downtown San Jose! The building is also pet friendly and is good with communicating about fire alarm testing via email well in advance, which was important for me as a cat owner."

Downtown Farmers’ Market
The City of San José and the Regional Farmers’ Market Association recently kicked off a new Downtown Farmers’ Market on April 23, 2025, at Hammer Theatre Plaza. This market will be open every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., offering a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables, tasty bites, and hot meals. City Manager Jennifer Maguire and Mayor Matt Mahan are thrilled about this new addition to Downtown San José. They believe it will bring more life to the area, draw in more folks, and even create job chances!
